RETURNS

rePOP Cosmetics does not allow returns or exchanges on any products sold.

rePOP Cosmetics has a no-cancellation policy, all sales are final.

REFUNDS

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For missing, damaged, or incorrectly sent products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or replacement.

Please Note

It is at our discretion to determine whether a replacement, refund (partial or full), or store credit will be issued. rePOP Cosmetics may request further information and pictures. Pictures are required as proof of damage. rePOP Cosmetics has the sole right to decide whether a replacement, refund (partial or full), or store credit will be issued without photos.
